General Donations
Join the Newman Foundation by supporting our mission to deepen and integrate spiritual, personal and intellectual development at the Newman Center, UK and the Catholic Diocese of Lexington by financial resources for grants, student support, the endowed Chair for Catholic studies and more. Every gift is tax-deductible and the donor receives an acknowledgement for their donation.
Only through the generous support of our donors are we able to offer grants and thoughtful programs that serve the Newman Center, UK and the diocese. Your generosity is what allows us to continue existing programs such as the Distinguished Speaker Series, and to initiate new ones, like the endowed Chair for Catholic Studies. We need your help because we rely primarily on individual gifts. The Newman Foundation understands that you have numerous priorities and demands on your resources. We deeply appreciate all gifts regardless of size.
Gifts In Memory
Memorial gifts provide the opportunity to make a donation in memory of a loved one or friend. When an In Memory gift is received, the Foundation will promptly send a personalized tribute card to the person or family indicated notifying them of your thoughtful donation but not revealing the amount of the donation. Every gift is tax-deductible and the donor receives an acknowledgement for their donation.
Honorarium Gifts
In Honor Gifts provide the opportunity to make a donation to celebrate a loved one’s life, perhaps on a special occasion — a birthday, anniversary, or a wedding — or perhaps just anytime. When an Honorarium gift is received, the Foundation will promptly send a personalized tribute card to the person or family indicated notifying them of your thoughtful donation but not revealing the amount of the donation. Every gift is tax-deductible and the donor receives an acknowledgement for their donation.
Matching Gifts
Many companies offer employees a matching gift benefit that increases your gift to us. If your company has a Matching Gift Program you must obtain the proper matching gift form from your organization. Please remember to send your completed matching gift form to:
